Amy Fisch Solomon, an attorney with Girardi & Keese, and I published an article, “Structural Changes,” in the June issue of the American Association for Justice’s Trial magazine.

The article discusses some of the creative ways attorneys are now using structured annuities for their personal injury and non-injury clients.

It also reviews the types of annuities available today and our thoughts on factoring companies.
