Congratulations to Ricardo Echeverria, partner with Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, for being named CAALA’s 2010 Trial Lawyer of the Year. Ricardo was the lead trial attorney in Elkins v. Murchison, a personal injury case involving a 10-year-old boy who jumped out of the back of a pick-up truck while it was traveling approximately 25 mph and sustained serious closed head injuries. The boy, Dillon Elkins now 17, will require 24-hour care for the rest of his life.
