$25.7 Million Personal Injury Jury Verdict in 2010
Congratulations to Ricardo Echeverria, partner with Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, for being named CAALA’s 2010 Trial Lawyer of the Year. Ricardo was the lead trial attorney in Elkins v. Murchison, a personal injury case involving a 10-year-old boy who jumped out of the back of a pick-up truck while it was traveling approximately 25 mph and sustained serious closed head injuries. The boy, Dillon Elkins now 17, will require 24-hour care for the rest of his life.
“My staff and I worked closely with Ricardo to help create a structured settlement following the jury verdict that will assure Dillon has the financial means to receive the appropriate medical care, physical, occupational and speech therapies and medical equipment to enhance his quality of life.” – Patrick Farber
Ricardo’s determination and professionalism to achieve the best results on behalf of his clients will be recognized by CAALA when he is awarded the 2010 Trial Lawyer of the Year award at the association’s Installation and Awards Dinner on January 22. We’ll be there to offer our congratulations for a job well done.
